The lessons in this book have been able to help me take my life back. The things I learned in this book has helped me lose 22 pounds so far and I’m not done yet. But that’s just part of it.

Now many people have or will eventually develop type 2 diabetes simply because they are doing what has been recommended by government nutritional experts.
In this book, Dr.Hyman explains how fat is not a bad thing and how what we really need to avoid is sugar.
The diet in this book is very easy to follow. You will have a list of how to shop and what to eat. There is also a bunch of really awesome recipes in
the back of the book.
